Seventy Five Hearts Challenge
Two forty five minute workouts a day. One workout must be outdoors. Follow a diet. No alcohol or cheap meals. Read ten pages non fiction. Audio books do not count. You're always listeng into podcass you don't think that's a good way to engage? It's good stimulate. But just don't listen to an audio book and say, i read this book. I'm on to that take audio books don't count. Why you're still learning. How does this make sense? Just ancestrally, humans need a gallon of water a day to be healthy. Makes no sense. That leads to a lot of lowered inhibition and snacking....
