Alvin Bragg's Indictment of Donald Trump

There seem to be a lot of critics that do not believe that this is a felony. Did Alvin Bragg prove that? Not prove because I can't have to, but did he outline that in the indictment or maybe something we didn't see in the courtroom since you were in there? Maybe this will clear it up a little bit. The whole thinking about Alvin Bragg in his career as D.A. was what is he going to do about Donald Trump, right? Because he comes into office and inherits a case against the company, against the former CFO. You have that already pending and then he backs off with a potential indictment of Donald Trump.
