Are You Trying to Change Your Behavior?
Research shows that if you just have a vague desire to change, without putting into place any sort of concrete steps er, you are unlikely to change. I think it's intuitive that desire is probably not enough on its own, but perhaps the frustration at not changing. So if you have the desire and you don't change, and it may be the frustration leaves you feeling even more interveted than you were at the beginning, or whatever the trat is that you want to change.
