The Importance of Signing Up for Obamacare

Obama: "I want everybody to sign up. If you're not signed up, where's the camera? Here's, uh, we've got many cameras" The president says Obamacare is a 'holy grail' for Republicans and that they should have come up with a better idea five or six years ago. He also said healthcare costs have gone down more slowly since he signed it than any time in 50 years.
