Hospitality is a way to describe the technical delivery of the product. It's about how do you make the recipient of your service feel they're doing it? How do you hold people accountable for that? You can't be in both restaurants at all time. And so i was able to identify in our top performers that there were six emotional skills that were always present at a very, very high level.
