Is This a Resistant Refractory Infection?
The D plus our minus population is almost exclusively CMV donor positive recipient negative. That's about 20% of transplants in the United States. I've had a variety of older folks develop resistant refractory disease and it's hard because then, you know, we've been turning to FOSCarnet or for a few years we were enrolling in the Marubovir trial.
