Defining God Among the Pots and the Pans

The perseverance that she models is incredible. One of my favorite quotations from her is when she talks about finding God among the pots and the pans. The whole Martha and Mary debate is really a perfect analogy for the struggle that we have between our to-do list and our desire to spend time with God. And one of the reasons why St. Teresa of Avila did achieve, all that she achieved in her life is because she always said yes to God.
