How Trinity Grammar School Whiteboarded Their Programs
Under 13th and a 14th note we didn't write anything down the only thing on there was that they picked up what what level they were on. The boys really wanted feedback around trying to progress the levels as well because they had some of their mate go up in level so they wanted to try and do it. Under 16s we just did the odd like bodyweight tests like max chin ups and things like that but again we don't really care what weight they did that wasn't part of that's not part of the program.
