The Strength of the Market in a Bear Market

This rally has been driven by a lot of bottom fishing, you know, not breakouts, but things that have been like decimated coming up 10, 20% off their lows. So we're not really seeing stocks break out and keep running like they do in bull markets. Breakouts are often sold into very quickly. And like you said, they fall back down in that base. But on a relative basis, it's a nightmare for people who are trying to be more defensive and all of a sudden all of the junk off the bottom does this kind of massive rally. All of a sudden your lagging quite a bit.
