Is There Any Kind of Subjectivity in the Book?

I think everybody, i think, has that moment where they realize that their parents are imperfect. And i think that's a lot of the things that will also stand out from the book. There were other anecdotes that grown men were brought to tears in front of bill gross and the investment committee. I do think there was some subjectivity or, like, if you worked with jim muzzy and client's services and you were somehow insulated. People tell me that everyone's tolerance is different too. That's what makes a market. So i'm kind of curious to find out what happens, you know, if there’s a kind of reckoning of how we show up at work
