How to Get Closer to the Other Person
There's a little bit of anxiety that comes with wanting things to feel natural and smooth but not really knowing that they have the conversational skills or not really knowing how to keep it interesting. I actually do with some regularity in social situations although I haven't been in very many since the pandemic I'll say I have no social skills and that calms everybody down. There's like ways that we can practice curiosity for example as a skill that helps you alleviate feelings of awkwardness and also feel closer to the other person so those are two examples of things that you can do to practice getting closer while also feel comfortable in your own skin while you do it too right?
