Chap bots allow us to go beyond the almost impersonal nature of surveys and bring a bit of conversation into that whole process. In actually using this on client work, i've been involved in a number of chatpots for clients. What we find is that the responses we get to our open questions are ar quite rich with a lot of detail. Once they've done one bot, they're very keen to do more. We were still leaning ourselves and temto what is the best sort of persona to conduct research, but yets like a really cool and valuable technique.
