Is There a Private Debt in the Alternato Space?
Private debt is everyone's trying to go for private debt. It's being marketed asno, very stable with high rates of return. And i think that there is risk there. But if you're able to get a discount on the purchase price, and it's ina ill going to be providing it solid clat cashloads, or still have appreciation, then and you can negotiate the price of something,. i think a, there's a lot of attraction there. Secondaries are very interesting in private actually. If you cold negotiate discounts any asat that you could buy ita a significant discount to its cash flowsa - those are what interest us most.
