The Secret Waxes and Wanes

Tricker: I feel like some secrets kind of wax and wane. If a secret sort of gnawing at you and bothering you, to me, it suggests there's something unresolved. And that's often what happens with most secrets. We get help from the people around us. By not doing that, we're setting ourselves up to potentially feel ashamed or isolated or inauthentic for having a secret.
