The Importance of Hard Work

The number seven lie that we tell ourselves is, well, I'm not talented enough to do whatever this thing is I want to do. And the truth is the talent matters in a lot of things but so does hard work. A study published in 2011 says you can outperform the smartest of individuals as long as you work hard and they don't. You may have seen an article that actor Will Smith, or not an article, but he's been interviewed many times and he talks about how he will outwork anybody on the set. The people who have been the most successful have failed time after time, after time.
