The New Generation of Visualization Tools
The current tools don't seem to really include any special functions that help people reason more about either their prior knowledge or they beliefs. I think there is a huge, there's an interesting space there where something could be done. We did like eliciting priors where we would sort of have some Bayesian model and then we wanted to see how well does this model explain what we actually see in terms of how people update their beliefs. But yeah, it's not that we don't like design ways to incorporate prior knowledge, it's just they're all very implicit.
