The Disadvantages of a Small Town's Remodel

In a small town, they did this big remodel of the small town. They widened every corner so that restaurants could spill out onto the sidewalk with their little tables and tents. Well then COVID comes along and they had to pretty much shut down the whole street. So now they've left it that way so that we finally have a downtown where there's some life again. But it took a disaster for that to happen.
