If you had a student come to you and say, i tried the tech fast thing, not looking at a screen, and i did it. And i want to do something more. But i'm also afraid of becoming lazy. What advice would you give them? Well, if they're a catholic, exp explore contemplative orders. If you'r in a family, do it collectively, not individually because that's enough to split the family.
