The Implications of Heresy in Orthodox Theology

In Orthodox theology, heresy is ideology. It's a delusion of worshiping a conceptual thing that is not the correct reference. All pagan religions basically derive as a heresy from the original worship of the Trinity in the garden. Heracy is a specific sin; we don't call everybody necessarily a heretic per se. But to say that's the same thing as worshiping a different God it is.
