Putin's Emergency Address to Russia
As those Russian mercenaries were marching towards Moscow, Putin delivered an emergency address to the nation on TV blasting what he called an armed mutiny. He said that the Russian men who were involved in this were traitors and they would be dealt with all as they were about 120 miles south of Moscow. And then incredibly, it was just all over. It finished Wagner's chief, Pragoshan, said that he had reached a deal with Putin, although indirectly, I should say, because it was actually brokered by the president of a nearby country called Belarus.
