I've Been in These Situations Before, Like, You're Going to Get in Trouble
Every warehouse is supposed to have a health and safety team. That team, unlike the other operations of the warehouse, is not incentivized by credit or productivity. They're paid based on how many people are hospitalized for injuries that they receive at the warehouse. But i think oftentimes this team, like the worker i talk to on this team says he often finds himself at odds with production and with operations of the warehouses. Um, actually don't know what emergency drill or fire plan looks like because there's so much turnover.
