The Power of Community

On deck is a community that's been going on since 2016. We're trying to figure out exactly what that is at, at on deck on the identity stuff. It lends itself to people having an identity more so than a non cohort based model. And we see people who are more active as alumni than they were even during their program because they're just invested in this credential meeting something. But I think if you are creating a community where the community is the product as opposed to a wedge into some other product, I think it depends what it is.
