Do You Have a DOW?

LOW is a group of DOWs that are connected via smart contracts and different tooling. The concept was to reboot the original DOW experiment in a way that complies with US law. We opened Flamingo up to the public in April of 2020, when ETH was at its low points. Neptune really was kind of the brainchild,. a handful of members of the LOW. Even before we saw different ways to participate and support DeFi projects, we were thinking about something like Neptune. It took a little bit of time to get the structure done right but once we know that, we opened that up too.
