You want to set yourself up to allow same day bookings. Within Airbnb, there are settings for this. Some markets people really do plan out their vacations far in advance and it's unlikely you're going to get a lot of same-day bookings. So if you can make sure that you've got enough time between checkout and check in, you've simplified and declutter the place. And you're already having the place cleaned immediately after the last guest checked out. Then if you do get a booking that same day, you're ready to go and you're able to accommodate those.
