The End of the FIFA Service World

I think what you're seeing is the last dying breaths of the FIFA service world and the private equity is sort of the end of that line. I can see this happening, but it's going to happen at least through Medicare advantage. The transaction costs, the non-value added costs of Medicare advantage now, according to my colleague Rick Kecronick will total about $600 billion in the next eight years. It's a tremendous kind of toll or payoff to the insurers who are not delivering anywhere near the improved care that would warrant anywhere near that amount of money. So we'll see if you think that Amazon can build on a Medicare advantage chassis somehow to give better care. Bring it on
