The way you get to simplicity isn't by demonizing consumption, but it's by divinizing creativity. It's how are you leveraging your acts of consumption and employing those things in the creative process? Like the way you get waste is you consume and then you use that constructively... whatever can't be used constructively, that's what's left over as waste. And so waste isn't just the result of consumption. It's the result of not taking what we consume and using it in a way that adds value to other people,. That expresses generosity.
