Is There a Miracle in the Universe?

In the story, a doctor sees his mother's past and future. He says he thought he had never seen a miracle before but then realized that in her all of those things forming this one moment could be described as a miracle. I love that way of thinking about it, that we are these unique entities that took billions of years to finally arrive at this point. That's something truly special and unique.
