I wouldn't necessarily do plane films on somebody who's had a month or so of arthritis because they're not going to see changes. The spondyl orthoropathies like psoriatic arthritis, you can't rely on that nearly as much. I think in this case, we just had a really overzealous PCM. That'll explain some of it.
