Building a Deliberately Developmental Organization
Ike: I fundamentally believe that building a deliberately developmental organization is the best way to solveor this problem. It doesn't create a culture that no one can fit in, it creates a space in which failure is a gift. Communicating is important, and respect is paramount to those communicationsand if you do this your outcomes will be better for it.
