The Importance of Telemetry in Customer Success

We take accountability and like, hey, if the customer bought the wrong thing, why we're pretty diligent about looking at why something would churn. We use an automation platform to do it as well that connects into Salesforce called catalyst. And so that allows you to build workflows and different points of contact and outreach to these customers in a coordinated fashion. But on top of that, like, we you do marketing campaigns to make sure these customers are healthy and their well-being are in the right place.
