Hawaii Is the Most Exceptional of the Exceptions

Hawaii is the most exceptional of the exceptions. I almost think it's generous of you to say Alaska too. If most of the states are within one standard deviation of the norm, Hawaii is three standard deviations away and Alaska is two standard deviations away. Like so you have a total pass on that. By the way, you can go too far the other way.
