Devin: My work has tripled and my pay went from $400 a day to $264 a day. We are not going to be able to be competitive with a new generation where department stores are treating their employees better than the railroad is treating them. Some of our members are in the car six hours a day, round trip, trying to earn better money for a depressed area. And they just keep taking it away from us.
