Is There a Difference Between v Land and PfSense?

Would it make any sense to put things like the ip t v guests and the iot network on a separate intefice? Would isee any benefits to this, even though it still goes over the two switch trunked lines. If you've only got two cables going out, then i i don't think it makes sense to try to go with physical interfaces on p f sense. It's all going to get collapsed back down to something virtual at some point.
