Doryka is providing she's the best point of contact for people with rare diseases which means they're almost inevitably brought to her. She recruits them into the community because they have so many questions about what this means where they can get treatment and we have a similar example is the work of Albin Aries in Peru who saw waste pickers 34 years ago but then helped turn them into a community of recyclers. They are now empowered they're the voice that government hears they're who government is negotiating with on a day to day basis and kind of finding and finding those kind of arrangements.
