And interpersonal racism as mediated between individuals can have a huge impact on health outcomes. But if you don't change the soil, the impact is going to be limited. If we tell the pink flowers, you're beautiful, and if you just believe that you'll grow e maybe younw that would make them feel better, but it's unlikely to really have any substantial impact.
