The new cons who dominated the Republican party for a long time, their publication at the end of the day was very small. J.D. Vance is awful. He too uses the same neoliberal label to those of us who believe in free markets. It's funny because the neoliberal label used to be a label used by the left to attack free markets. And now it's coming out of the right. The new right constantly attacks the new liberals. What they really want is power.
