Will Humans Eat Insects in the Future?

Yael who lives in Cambodia wants to know about humans eating insects. Insects can provide high quality protein and you can rear them up in fairly small spaces they convert the food you feed them into protein that we eat really efficiently. There's a lot of research at the moment suggesting that maybe rearing insects to as a protein source for humans would be a good thing for the environment.
