Is There a Way to Prevent Intruders?

Rust has some really novel features around memory safety. But there's a lot more dimensions to safety. One aspect, for example, has basically nothing to do with your programming language. If you're worried about an attacker like brute forcing your system, that's all application development to try and make it safe. And I don't know that any particular language can really help against that.
