The Power of Music

What we hear, what we see affects us very deeply. What happens if we don't appreciate beauty? If excellence means nothing to us. When I was studying in London there was a Filipino Jesuit, Father Ramon, who's my age. He grew up in northern New Jersey and we both watched Daniel Boone and Davy Crockett television shows,. Both starring the same actor, Fess Parker. And you know from all those years ago we could still sing the jingles for the Daniel Boone show and for the DavyCrockett show.
