The Relationship Between SAA Positivity and Hyposmia

The SAA positivity and hyposmia is very interesting. How do you see the sitting amplification assay help here in more difficult situation as MSA? There seems to be disconnected some of the features like hyposmia. We think that's probably the case is that some of the negatives, some of the SAA negative cases may turn out to have MSA.
