Is There a Story That Didn't Make It in the Book?

We're preparing for a meeting, but we're not really preparing for the energy. What i think is extremely important right now is to have what i call rhythmic recovery. For every 55 minutes, i take five minutes to just recover energetically and be doing a breathing exercise. That could be doing pushups, but just something to kind of reset my energies. It can be very easily easy to trt t jam your schedule with these,. with meetings, and go back to back to back. But i think it's become so, so important to just take a few minutes in between these meetings.
