The Connection Between Mindfulness and Time

When we say mindfulness, we don't just mean awareness. We mean awareness with action steps or awareness with some kind of something we're going to do about it. And so the context of putting it on a schedule and saying that I believe this goes tomorrow or a future date and I'm going to place it there is already crowding the time and energy. When I think of time in the future, it's like, I'll have more of it than I think I will. It's not as concrete. It's more of an abstraction. Other personality types think in time, like more concrete terms around exactly how much time or energy they'll have in those days.
