I think some people want to be with their colleagues. I see this in some of our best companies. A lot of the best learning is osmosis, which is a very unstructured dialogue. What does doesn't work is structure, unstructured. And you know, t perst would askmete black of lit yet why this? Why that? You know, et cetera. The debris kind those kind of, well, no dbrefs work remotely.
