Is There a Wound Wound Between Catholic and Eastern Orthodox?
The Abbot talks with Michael Henry about what he would like people to understand better about the Orthodox Catholic Church. He says there are Eastern Catholics, and that communion between them is a personal wound for him. In post-consiliar era it does allow in some instances for sharing in the sacraments. Catholicism tends to be more open to that while Orthodox are a little less open to it.
