Are You a Control Freak?
If you can't predict out at the start, what are the signs as you're working with these people that it's they're not who you thought they were? You can start telling very early on if somebody is a control freak. It's either because their standards are so high and agan they don't trust the people or they've got something to hit and they're trying to cntrol the information. That's interesting. And so i think it's really hard to tell is somebody going to be a control freak or not.
