I feel like we all need to be in this perpetual state of stretching. Either you are stretched to me either you are stretching someone or Or something You're either being or you're being stretched yourself or you're about to be stretched Yeah, so it's this perpetual Stretching or tension that you feel. I'm curious to know how you balance that with the need for self-care. Part of the balance is is choosing where you want to be stretched Mm-hmm And and really owning that stretching So it's not ham being pulled in 15 different directions And this isn't comfortable.
