Anxiety Is a Natural Response to Uncertainty
All the gospels make it clear that jesus experienceda anxiety. So we need to normal it and not treat it as a problem. The most extreme example of this is the way that people will resort to substance abuse to deal with anxiety. It's the primary reason why most people fall into substance abuse. For me, my move is not to go to, you know, drugs or alcohol, but i ruminate. I'm addicted to my own thoughts in trying to get rid of uncertainty.
