Be open to following your intuition, both in terms of setting up the program with things like volume decisions or the mix of types of workouts. Be willing to trust your intuition relative to the little decisions you have to make to make modifications along the way. And then I want you to be aware of those pains that don't go away, that might linger, that might get worse as you go. That's something for me as somebody who's doing this for 20 plus years that I'm very dialed into.
