The Problems With AI in the Medical Field

You mentioned earlier that your career diverged towards the study of AI at a very early time when it was less fashionable than it was today. How do you see how AI perhaps applies to medicine and how do you see that as happening over the years? You can take this AI and program into it objective probabilities of a kind and try to get an outcome but I'm assuming what's missing from that equation is what you call subjective probabilities, which we can't program or at least we haven't programmed. So my general attitude to AI is that it's a very useful tool but must be used judiciously.
