The PBC's Response to the Decree on a Young Earth

In 1909, the PBC gave an answer to a question on whether there can be free disagreement among exigites. They were explicitly open to the idea of an old earth. So you can't appeal to the PBC and say, Oh, it mandates a young earth. No, it doesn't. Not only are its decrees not enforce anymore, but they were explicitly opento the idea ofan old earth.
